The
cost for this will add $10.00 to your deposit I'm charged about $10 for each
$200 I receive, I pass the
cost on to you because I'm charged for receiving money so your deposit will be in
increments $210.00... As of October 2008 all deposits will be sent back via PayPal after you get home send me an E-mail requesting back
your deposit.
Your
deposit and payment are two separate issue... Your deposit is a security deposits
it dose not take off from the balance you pay when you check in this is also
your guarantee that you will have your rental when you get here and a guarantee
to me that you will show up for your rental I have taken off the market for you,
an so I will not be stuck with a rental I could have renter to others, I
do not like loosing money on NO shows...
We will check for cleanliness, damage and missing
items. We will pay your deposit back in full if no discrepancies are found.
PayPal is
FREE give it a try you can pay with your credit card or an E-Check,
you do not have to set up an account with PayPal...

Deposit refund policy please read carefully:
As of October 2008 all deposits will be sent back via PayPal if paid via PayPal check out
is between 9:00 am
and 11:00 am (California Time)... We will check
for cleanness, damage and missing items. You should have your deposit back
with 48 hours via E-mail if that does not happen E-mail me
right away. I start the process with PayPal at that time, but do not
have control over your bank or PayPal as to when the money will be in your
account or show up on your statement. Any hold over deposits will expire in
One years
from the
date we received them, we do not keep records past that time. If you do
not request your deposit back in timely matter or past the time set by PayPal
you could be charged fees by PayPal to received your money back...
Once you make a deposit you are guaranteed
your Vacation Rental / condo / suite / house / RV Space Etc. for the dates in your E-mail, The condo is then taken off
the market and will not be offered to others for
rent, the deposit in most cases just covers the first night or two of rent.
If you cancel at anytime you will be charged a cancel fee of $200.00 US.
Our losses are $1,000.00's of dollars each
year because people do not keep their word and do not show up.
We will not give you back a refund
at all if
you cancel less than 60 (SIXTY) days before your schedule reservation date
for any reason your refund is nonrefundable and
nontransferable.
If you
stay less days than you are scheduled for you will not get a refund
back for any reason. If you request a date change or a rental change inside
the 60 days before your schedule reservation date, you could loose all or part of
your deposit if we can not rent the unit you are schedule for and for all of the
dates schedule... If your event is canceled no refund...
If
you do not check in by closing time 8pm California time your rental could be rented to others, normal check in time is 3pm
to 6pm California time. If the
satellite or other services ( water, power, sewer, phone, internet, Etc. ) go down, we
will do are best to get them up as fast as possible but offer no refunds or
discounts.
By submitting payment information through
the PayPal™ Service you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You further agree that this User Agreement
forms a legally binding contract between you and Casey's Place, and that
this Agreement constitutes "a writing signed
by You" under any applicable law or regulation. Any rights not expressly
granted herein are reserved by Casey's Place.
This Agreement is subject to change by Casey's Place without prior notice
(unless prior notice is required by law), by posting
of the revised Agreement on the SanFelipe.TV web site. Descriptions
of material amendments to this Agreement will be posted
in advance on the SanFelipe.TV web site.
Please include the follow information
when you pay online in the Message part of
your E-mail from PayPal to me, we will
not be responsible if your deposit is applied to another account if you do not
put this information on your deposit. Look
for an E-mail back from me with in 48 hours saying I have your deposit for the
right condo and dates this is your responsibly...
1. The full name of the person
on the E-mail you received not
some other name please
even if you are some other person paying.
on the same E-mail address the quote was
sent to please... 2. The condo / suite number.
3. The dates you will be here.
4. The number of nights.
5. The number of people in your
party including children.
6. The time you will be checking
in. 7.
Please include the name address, city, state, zip code & the phone number
including area code of the person paying...
