| How are the roads leading to San Felipe? The government is widening the main highway (5) to 4 lanes. We expect this to be completed in 2011. In the mean time expect minor delays. Give yourself plenty of time and travel during the daylight hours. |
| Do I need papers for my dog? Yes You will need to show them if requested when going back to the USA, A current vacation certificate from your veterinary. |
| Can I fly to San Felipe? Yes in private plane No commercial flights at this time.You can fly to San Deigo and get a flight to Yuma Az, then rent a car. Another option is the bus. It is comfortable and modern. You pick up the Greyhound in San Diego and transfer to the ABC bus in Mexicali. Many peiople do this and it works very smoothly. We can pick you up at the bus station in San Felipe. |
| What can I do in San Felipe? Take a nice desert tour. Or a have a Swedish Massage. Spending time on the beach and eating local Mexican food is the best. |
| Can I do my E-mail in San Felipe? Yes we have several places with wifi. we will show when you are here, we also have Free wireless internet at our office. |
| Do you know good restaurants in San Felipe? Yes we have several, we will show you when you are here. |
| What is the weather like in San Felipe? Just like Palm Springs, but with a sea breeze!! |
| Do you have a Volleyball net on your beach? Yes Bring your own ball sometime we do not have one and we can not buy them here... |
| Do All rentals have good A/C units? Yes |
| Do you have hot water on all the rentals? Yes |
| Do you have a washer / dryer that we can use? No But we have a nice Laundry a block away from the main office at Casey's Place. Some rentals do have them... 51 & 27 at this time... |
| What is check in time ? Normal check in is 3pm to 6pm. Check out is 11am. We are very flexible, just let us know what your needs are. |

| What is a week ? A week is a 7 nights stay with us, and can happen from Sunday to Sunday or other times. |
| How do I pay ? How do I get the money to you ? On line via PayPal with a credit card... I will send you an E-mail with all that information when I know your dates and number of people in your party. |
| Where can I rent a boat for a day really cheap? We will get you that information when you get here. |
| I'm bring my TV & VCR will I have a problem at the border? No as long as it is not brand new in a box. Same Elect. as US 120v 60hz |
| This rental for up to ten people no extra charge, do you have 10 beds in the rental? Be sure to check out the specific page for the condo that you want. It will have pics of each room. Depending on your sleeping arrangements you may need to bring extra bedding, cots or air mattress for the people in your group. Rental 9 has beds for 20 people Rental 9 Rental 51 15 people |
| Can I bring a plug in heater & will it work the same? Yes the power is the same as in the USA. In the Winter time it gets cold you will need extra blankets & plug in heater if you like for some rentals look at your rental on the web site for that information. |
| Will my hair dryer work the same? Yes the power is the same as in the USA. |
| Can I check in early ? Yes Checking in early is ok but not before 10am, I can not confirm your rental will be ready before 3pm because I may have a drive in customer for that unit the night before, but you can hand out at the beach till we get it clean for you if it is not... |

I like to travel at night can I check in at 2 pm ? It is best to travel in the day light hours in Mexico, here are only a couple of reason, we have animals on the roads & some people drive down here with no lights on at night others do not have lights that work on their car. Please remember I do want to see you and your family or group get here safely. The fastest way here is down from Calexico. |

Do you have an emergency phone? yes, 686-248-2801 We will give you a business card with this phone number when you check in. |

What are your office hours ? Office hours 10 am to 5 pm 6 days a week. After hours check in charge after 5pm add $40.00,after 8 pm add $40 (please call ahead) . |
| Do you have phones in the condo ? No phones in the rentals and No message service, have your family send an E-mail and I will put in on your door if the subject line information is on the E-mail in the day time only and only for the main location. |

Will my cell phone work in San Felipe Yes most of the time for incoming call only, so let your people know to call you. Call your service provider before you come down *611 or 611 to activate your cell phone so you can make calls out from San Felipe. |
