This condo has a beautifully mountain, view on two levels, This is a view from the patio. 3 A/C units with heat. We also have ceiling fans in the all main rooms..... Satellite TV ( Note: If the satellite system is down we will do are best to get it up but we offer no refund or discounts.) 1,400 SQ. Feet, This condo for up to 10 people no extra charge. Your kitchen has a Gourmet Prep island 4 burner gas stove with oven, Microwave, Sink, A Larger refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes for 10 people. All Kitchen utensil except for your special pots & pans we suggest you bring all your special items, to prepare that special gourmet meal outside on Charcoal Barbecue up on the patio. Note: The food here is good, and readily available, at affordable prices. Don't for get your dish soap, It is your responsibility to do your dishes. | ||||||

View of the San Felipe Lighthouse 1/2 mile from your condo... As with all the our properties you need to respect the rights of others. This condo is within walking distance to San Felipe's landmarks. You will have a fantastic view of the lighthouse, the little pueblo of San Felipe and the Statue of Guadalupe. You will be close enough to the water to hear the wonderful pounding surf.
