This condo has a beautifully ocean and mountain, view on two level, This is a view from the patio. Not Wheel chair accessible. 4 ton split A/C units with heat. We also have ceiling fans in the all main rooms. 1,400 SQ. Feet, This condo for up to 10 people no extra charge. 2 Vehicles per condo. Pets OK... Condo capacities are strictly enforced...

Your kitchen has a 4 burner Electric stove with oven, Microwave, Sink, refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes for 10 people. All Kitchen utensil except for your special pots & pans we suggest you bring all your special items, Make sure to bring Charcoal or you can buy it here to prepare that special gourmet meal outside on the patio on your Charcoal Barbecue...
Don't for get your dish soap, It is your responsibility to do your dishes.

In this photo of the live room area you have two couches. if you would like to sleep on them you will need to bring bedding for them or sleeping bags if you like....

In the Winter time it gets down to 60 you may need to bring extra blankets both bedrooms have heat & A/C with a heat pump...

View of the San Felipe Lighthouse 1/2 mile from your condo... As with all the our properties you need to respect the rights of others. This condo is within walking distance to San Felipe's landmarks. You will have a fantastic view of the lighthouse, the little pueblo of San Felipe and the Statue of Guadalupe. You will be close enough to the water to hear the wonderful pounding surf. We are located at the end of a private road. | ||||||

Sorry NO Credit Cards or Checks, this keeps the price low for you. Rates differ on holidays and peak months. We do except on line pay for your deposit, that can be done with a credit card via PayPal. Price: $160 a night, Sunday - Thursday, an $180 Friday & Saturday or $900 a week 7 nights, prices do not include 12% tax. You can now pay your deposit on line. | ||||||
