This condo has a beautifully ocean and mountain, view on one level, This is a view from the patio. Wheel chair accessible on main level but down an easy 12 steps. Central A/C & Heat. We also have ceiling fans in the all main rooms. Satellite TV ( Note: If the satellite system is down we will do are best to get it up but we offer no refund or discounts.) 1,800 SQ. Feet, This condo for up to 10 people no extra charge. 3 Vehicles per condo we have parking at the main location for extra vehicles trailers etc. Pets OK...........

Your Patio area has chairs, table and a nice a breathtaking view a of San Felipe.

Your kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven, Microwave, Sink, refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes for 10 people. All Kitchen utensil except for your special pots & pans we suggest you bring all your special items, to prepare that special gourmet meal outside on the patio.

Don't for get your dish soap, It is your responsibility to do your dishes.

Your Live room has seating for 10+ very nice for the family get together or for a quaint gathering place.

This is another photo of the live room area you have one double beds fold down couches in this area you will need to bring bedding for it or sleeping bags if you like.... There is also a 2nd couch.

Maid service is available $30.00 a day and up; depending on your needs. We can discuss this after your arrival.

This this is the main bathroom with Hot water shower.

Includes: 2 large towels, 2 hand towels, paper No wash cloths.

Your Master bedroom, is quite spacious with a Sea view.

Depending on your sleeping arrangements you may need to bring extra bedding, cots or air mattress for the 10 people with you. In the Winter time it gets down to 60 you may need to bring extra blankets.

Includes: Pillows, Sheets, and Blankets.

Sorry NO Credit Cards or Checks, cash only this keeps the price low for you. Rates differ on holidays and peak months.

We do except on line pay for your deposit, that can be done with a credit card via PayPal. Price: $220 a night, Sunday - Thursday, an $250 Friday & Saturday or $1,200 a week 7 nights, prices do not include 12% tax. You can now pay your deposit on line.

Note: All prices US dollars plus 12% tax. when you see two prices on a condo that is because the price is lower Sunday to Thursday and more on Friday & Saturday also prices Rates differ on holidays and peak months.

In most resorts area like San Felipe in the busy season we do not take check ins on Saturday or check outs on Saturday, we loose two weekend nights one on both ends of a 7 night stay, just not good business in the busy season, this effect your bookings for other weeks also. Most condos are a two night minimum rental and three nights on special events and US holidays... Please remember we are not a hotel or motel and do operate that way... Thank you, Patty Bell
