Don't forget your dish soap, It is your responsibility to do your dishes. |

2nd Bathroom. This condo is within walking distance to San Felipe's landmarks. You will have a fantastic view of the lighthouse, the little pueblo of San Felipe and the Statue of Guadalupe. You will be close enough to the water to hear the wonderful pounding surf. We are located at the end of a private road. | ||||||

Sorry NO Credit Cards or Checks, this keeps the price low for you. Rates differ on holidays and peak months. We do except online pay for your deposit, that can be done with a credit card via PayPal. Price: $160 a night, Sunday - Thursday, an $180 Friday & Saturday or $850 a week 7 nights, or E-mail for pricing a month... prices do not include 12% tax. You can now pay your deposit online via Pay Pal. Up to 10 people in this unit same price do the math to see what a good price you are getting... |

Note: All prices US dollars plus 12% tax. when you see two prices on a condo that is because the price is lower Sunday to Thursday and more on Friday & Saturday also prices Rates differ on holidays and peak months. In most resorts area like San Felipe in the busy season we do not take check ins on Saturday or check outs on Saturday, we loose two weekend nights one on both ends of a 7 night stay, just not good business in the busy season, this effect your bookings for other weeks also. Most rentals are a two night minimum rental and three nights on special events and US holidays... Please remember we are not a hotel or motel and do not operate that way... Thank you, Patty Bell
