Step out your door and you are on the beach. 1 Patios with a BBQ up stairs........ LOCATION: Just south of the boardwalk 2 blocks down the beach. This condo has a beautifully ocean and mountain, view on two level, This is a view from the patio. Not Wheel chair accessible. 2 window A/C units & heat. We also have ceiling fans in the all main rooms. Satellite TV ( Note: If the satellite system is down we will do are best to get it up but we offer no refund or discounts.) 1,400 SQ. Feet, This condo for up to 10 people no extra charge. 2 Vehicles per condo. Pets OK........... Condo capacities are strictly enforced...

Your kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven, Microwave, Sink, refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes for 10 people. All Kitchen utensil except for your special pots & pans we suggest you bring all your special items, to prepare that special gourmet meal outside on Charcoal Barbecue on the patio.
Don't for get your dish soap, It is your responsibility to do your dishes.

In this photo of the live room area you have two couches. if you would like to sleep on them you will need to bring bedding for them or sleeping bags if you like....
Maid service is available starting at $20.00 a day and up; depending on your needs. We can discuss this after your arrival.

Bathroom you have two full bath in this condo with hot water showers. NO tub in this unit. You have one bathroom up stairs and the other down stairs. Includes: 2 large towels, 2 hand towels, paper in each bathroom. No wash cloths. You may need to bring towels for other guests in this unit... | ||||||

View of the San Felipe Lighthouse 1/2 mile from your condo... As with all the our properties you need to respect the rights of others. This condo is within walking distance to San Felipe's landmarks. You will have a fantastic view of the lighthouse, the little pueblo of San Felipe and the Statue of Guadalupe. You will be close enough to the water to hear the wonderful pounding surf. We are located at the end of a private road. | ||||||

Sorry NO Credit Cards or Checks, this keeps the price low for you. Rates differ on holidays and peak months. We do except on line pay for your deposit, that can be done with a credit card via PayPal. Price: $155 a night, Sunday - Thursday, an $165 Friday & Saturday or $900 a week 7 nights, prices do not include 12% tax. You can now pay your deposit on line. | ||||||

Note: All prices US dollars plus 12% tax. when you see two prices on a condo that is because the price is lower Sunday to Thursday and more on Friday & Saturday also prices Rates differ on holidays and peak months. In most resorts area like San Felipe in the busy season we do not take check ins on Saturday or check outs on Saturday, we loose two weekend nights one on both ends of a 7 night stay, just not good business in the busy season, this effect your bookings for other weeks also. Most condos are a two night minimum rental and three nights on special events and US holidays... Please remember we are not a hotel or motel and do operate that way... Thank you, Patty Bell
