Beach Front Condo #1 

 

Condo 1 Is in  San Felipe right on the Beach, FEATURES: Open floor layout, large open kitchen.  Tile floor, 2 Bedrooms, 2 full baths with Hot water showers.  Large living room, dinning area,  chairs & table. The bedrooms and one bathroom are ground level, the kitchen, living room and the other bathroom are up stairs.  Step out your door and you are on the beach.   Patio with a  BBQ upstairs.  

  You can pay your Deposit today on line to hold your reservation, with a credit card via PayPal.  This is a view from the upper patio.

This condo has a beautiful sea and  mountain view.     Not Wheel chair accessible.  A/C  units  &  heat.   We also have ceiling fans in the all main rooms.  Satellite TV   ( Note: If the satellite system is down we will do are best to get it up but we offer no refund or discounts.) 1,400 SQ. Feet,  This condo for up to 10 people no extra charge.  2 Vehicles per condo.   Pets OK...........

Condo capacities are strictly enforced...   

 

This is a front view of your condo...  

 

Your kitchen has a  4 burner gas stove with oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes for 10 people.   All Kitchen utensil except for your special pots & pans. We suggest you bring all your special items, to prepare that special gourmet meal outside on Charcoal Barbecue on the patio.

 

Don't for get your dish soap, It is your responsibility to do your dishes.

 

In this photo of the living room area you have two couches.   If you would like to sleep on them you will need to bring bedding for them or sleeping bags if you like....

Your Liveing room has seating for 10+ very nice for the family get together or for a quaint gathering place.

Includes: Pillows, Sheets, and Blankets.

Depending on your sleeping arrangements you may need to bring extra bedding, cots or air mattress for the 10  people with you.

In the Winter time it gets down to 60 you may need to bring extra blankets and a small plug in heater as this unit has no heat...

This is the view of your garage it is quite big with a hot water shower to get the sand off of you when you come from the beach.

 

 

 

Note: All prices US dollars plus 12% tax. When you see two prices on a condo that is because the price is lower Sunday to Thursday and more on Friday & Saturday. Rates differ on holidays and peak months.
